Multi bdwidth work with ToolChanger

You can get bdwidth sensor to work with toolchanger printer now.

For example:

the section for the sensor should like this:

[bdwidth fila_width_0]

port:usb

......

[bdwidth fila_width_1]

port:usb

.....

[bdwidth fila_width_2]

port:usb

.....

It will auto output the filament data in excel format while printing
